The nomination of director provides a confidential identity to the nominator to participate in the company business. Responsibilities of the Nominee
- The profit and loss of the company are not related to the nominee
- The actions or documents proceed will be directed and arranged by the nominator, which is not related to the nominee
- The nominee is not allowed to participate or influence the decision of management of the company
- All the businesses, debts and legal responsibilities on the company are fully liable to the nominator, but not the nominee

- Provide signatures on the documents of the newly formed limited company
- Prepare and arrange the “Nominee Director Agreement” to protect the rights of both parties
- Provide signature on the bank account application documents but not involved in the management of the bank account
- Provide signatures for documents that required to submit to the government within the service period (e.g. change of company information or at the submission of audit report)

- All the business, debts and legal responsibilities on the company are liable to the trustee, but not the nominee
